Each Wednesday we serve a 3 course lunch to a group of elderly people; due to kitchen difficulties at Kemplah House we are currently meeting at Guisborough Methodist Church. The meal varies in price as clients can just have main course and pudding or soup and pudding but all reasonably priced and we also serve tea, coffee and biscuits before and after lunch. We provide newspapers, dominoes and a friendly atmosphere for those who may not have many opportunities to get out and socialise. We use the TVRCC [Tees Valley Rural Community Council] bus to we provide a weekly bus service for our clients from door to door.

Throughout the year we provide “extras” such as Easter Eggs, Christmas bags and a free home-cooked Christmas lunch and a free summer outing. Referrals are welcomed from various agencies including health visitors, carers and families.
